These are state-funded school choice programs to help make private education more financially accessible for everyone. Smart Schools has been approved to accept ESA & voucher funding in select states, with the list expanding all the time! See if you or your student qualifies.

How to use state-funded diploma programs with Smart Schools
Step 1 Find your program

Our team will confirm your eligibility and give you a welcome call to complete enrollment in Smart Schools and the program.
Step 3 Begin learning
We take care of the details so you can begin earning your diploma! Create an individualized learning plan with your new academic advisor and start your first class.
State-funded diploma programs
With these options, students first complete a form with Smart Schools, and we will enroll them in the funding program.
Smart Schools is approved for the following programs:
- Arizona Dropout Recovery Program (Grad Solutions)
Participants must be Arizona residents aged 16-21. - Arizona Adult Workforce Diploma Program (not currently accepting new enrollments)
Participants must be Arizona residents aged 22+.
- Arkansas Adult Diploma Program
Participants must be Arkansas residents aged 21+.
State-funded ESAs & Vouchers
With these options, students first complete an application with their state of residence, then continue enrollment with Smart Schools. Eligibility for ESAs & vouchers varies from state to state.
