Alabama students have several options to pay for their education, and some may cover the full cost!
The Alabama CHOOSE Act (ESA)
The CHOOSE Act of Alabama makes refundable income tax credits called education savings accounts (ESAs) available to support the success of eligible K5-12 students in Alabama.
Eligibility:
Alabama students between the ages of 5 and 19, not yet graduated. Children up to age 21 with disabilities under IDEA or Section 504 also qualify
Cost to you:
An Alabama ESA would fully fund tuition at Smart Schools.
Alabama Standard Enrollment
If ineligible for the other funding options, students may enroll with Smart Schools and pay on their own. We believe education should be affordable for everyone. That’s why we do our best to keep our prices as low as possible.
