South Carolina students have several options to pay for their education, and some may cover the full cost!
The Louisiana Education Scholarship Trust Fund Program (ESA)
The Education Scholarship Trust Fund Program is administered by the South Carolina Department of Education that allows qualifying South Carolina families to apply for a scholarship.
Eligibility:
- South Carolina students 5 – 21 years old by September 1, 2026
- Cannot attend their resident public school for the 2026-2027 school year. A student must be withdrawn from their resident public school.
Cost to you:
A South Carolina ESA would fully fund tuition at Smart Schools.
South Carolina Standard Enrollment
If ineligible for the other funding options, students may enroll with Smart Schools and pay on their own. We believe education should be affordable for everyone. That’s why we do our best to keep our prices as low as possible.
